Executive Decision.

I like Lemon Drops better.

As a side note, they also make decent cough drops.

Planner!!!

I have used this same style of planner since I started going to BYU-Idaho. They sell them at the bookstore so it is convenient, but they are also really nice and simple. They just have the days of the week with several blank lines so that I can write my homework in there and get the satisfaction of checking off my accomplishments. This semester the bookstore has decided to stop selling them!!!! Ugh. They only have this planner that has the hours in it so it breaks up the page weird and I just don't like it. And I have not been able to find a planner that is just blank. They all have hours in them. Its a conspiracy! I'm very annoyed about this and now do not have a planner. I REQUIRE a planner. I feel totally lost without one. No organization and always worried I'm missing homework assignments. Hopefully I can find a suitable one soon before my grades suffer.

First Day of School!

Today is the first day of my last semester at BYU-Idaho. Weird. It doesn't even feel real saying that. I only had two classes today so it was pretty chill. I think it is going to be a good semester. It looks like I have a lot of classes and credits but it shouldn't be too hard of a semester. I have seven classes and 17 credits, but one class is only one credit and it is because I'm in the psychology society presidency. So the time we meet to plan things and whatever counts as a little class. And then I also have to take another one credit class called FA 100 that I only go to once a week and then I attend different events (like plays or art shows) throughout the semester. The rest of my classes are Cognition, Motivation and Emotion, Old Testament, Juvenile Delinquency, and Children's Literature. I'm looking forward to seeing how my classes go tomorrow. It should be super fun!

Oh and this picture is my first day of school picture. :) It looks like I'm being all studious at my desk but really I'm writing in my journal. lol.

I survived.

So I did it. I survived my visit to my parents. It was really good to see my family. I really do love them so much. It was a nice, fairly relaxing time. Also, while I was home I took the GRE, so I had to spend a lot of my time studying for that. It was way long and hard. Took like 4 hours. But I did pretty well, above the minimum for the graduate schools I want to go to so thats really all the matters. :)

I had a lot of fun on new years too! I got to spend it with three of my favorite people, Elise, Bobby, and Sterling. Elise is one of my best friends and usually my roommate, but winter is her off semester so she is at home in Washington now and I'm here in Rexburg missing her. And Sterling is a very dear friend of mine that will be spending this semester in a study abroad program in Mexico. I am going to miss him so much. Bobby is here with me in Rexburg this semester, but I just love him and I'm glad he came along with us.

Here are some goals I've made for the new year/this semester:
- Graduate college
- Document this semester really well, through pictures and actually writing on my blog :)
- Find ways to show charity to those around me
- Get straight A's
- Get into grad school
- Have as much fun as possible!

Now here's some pics for ya from the break.

My brother, Jeremy, and I. This picture cracks me up. He really didn't want to take a picture with me, so I'm not surprised that I did not end up with any normal ones.

This is my dad and I. He thought the effects that the camera on my mac has were pretty hilarious. lol. But I thought I would put the normal one on here.
